Your purchase will be shipped using the most economical method: USPS, UPS or FedEx. We often recycle clean packaging materials and boxes, so don't be alarmed if your purchase comes in a Zappos box!

We hope you are satisfied with every purchase, but if you are not, we will be happy to help you find an alternative item or issue you a store credit for the original purchase price not including shipping. Please note: Refunds will not be issued to your credit card for returns. (Of course, if the item was damaged in shipping just let us know and we’ll take care of it). All sales final.
To initiate a return, here’s what to do:
- Contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date to so we can approve your return. Email [email protected] or call 910-363-6939.
- Carefully package the item and ship it back—you pay return shipping.
